A Shocking Judicial Order from A Federal Court in Utah:  Stop Posting About this Case on the Internet 

AN EDITORIAL OPINION:

For the past two years this organization has been carefully following the case of The United States of America v Jeremy Johnson and his company I WORKS.  We have watched the sparring of the parties in Federal Court in Salt Lake City, Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada.  We have seen success and we have witnessed defeat.  At no time did we ever make a public statement about how we see the case, as that would not be fair to either party.  One thing that we have been able to do is ensure that this case is broadcast around the world.  As a media organization, that is our job.  We watched with great interest as a federal judge in Utah told Mr. Johnson and his Counsel "Shut Down The Website www.UtahFedWatch.com which we have simply been mirroring.  The fact that a United States District Court Judge could imply that if a website that was operated by a person OTHER THAN THE DEFENDANT is truly a very scary situation. Regardless of this decision, we will continue to provide up to date news on this matter Live from Salt Lake City and Live from Las Vegas USA.  We will ensure that all of the data that you deserve to see is posted... because that is what a news organization does.

My Last Blog Post

This will be my last post on this website due to the orders of Utah Federal magistrate Judge Warner.
I'm fully aware of my first amendment rights and I write of my own free will and choice, but the risk of posting on this website and having my children's father taken from them yet again is too great.

This experience has been both heartbreaking and completely liberating. I have learned more about our federal court systems then I ever hoped to know, and I am often baffled at the direction the prosecutors and investigators choose to go.

For two years now we have waded through this mess with the best hope that someday this case would go to trial and the truth would be known, but sadly it's still far from our grasp.

Imagine, for just a moment, the possibility that my husband and his friends and coworkers are actually innocent of the charges that have been alleged against them.  Imagine that they have been threatened, bullied, and belittled for two years straight for simply trying to defend themselves.

And now, imagine that I and everyone else that knows and believes in them did nothing and simply hoped, despite everything we have seen in the last two years, that they actually had a chance to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. I will stop posting on this website but I will defend them to the end in any way I can.

To the US attorneys office in Utah...since I know you are waiting with bated breath and handcuffs at the ready for this post ;)

 I challenge you, the prosecutors, investigators, and those who have been given the opportunity by the people of this great nation to participate in our judicial system, to take a stand and do the right thing.  Stop throwing out thinly veiled threats and outrageous allegations and state the facts as they are.  In the end our system should not be about winning and losing it should be about seeking truth and justice.
